    We are taking a summer break and all orders to the UK mainland will be dispatched on the 13th August (expect for made to order and pre-order products)

    We make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery swiftly and aim to dispatch your goods within 24 hours (excluding weekends and UK public holidays), however please note that all delivery times are estimated and during busy periods dispatch may take longer.

    Once your delivery has been dispatched you will receive an email from us. If your delivery is tracked you will also receive a tracking number so that you can check the progress of your delivery. To avoid any damage to your purchase some deliveries may be sent in more than one package, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.

    Need your purchase pronto? Please let us know and we will try our hardest to get your order to you ASAP, although please note you may be charged extra for delivery.

    Deliveries are dispatched with Royal Mail, DPD or UPS depending on the size, weight, destination and value of your order.

    Sorry folks, we currently don’t deliver overseas, but watch this space. However if you want to arrange your own delivery please drop us a line.

    We deliver to all postal areas in the UK but unfortunately unable to offer shipping to P.O. boxes, BFPO, hotels or unsecured communal addresses.

    Some deliveries must be received in person and signed for at the delivery address. Whenever possible our delivery service provider will give you a heads up before attempting to make a delivery needing a signature.

    If all attempts to deliver your products have failed and your purchase is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery, please note that you will be charged for redelivery.
