Lovely high quality bottle stopper

I was looking for a unique, gothic style bottle stopper that wasn’t too tacky or cliche so I was really pleased when I found this design from DOIY. It came in a nice presentation box and the bottle stopper itself has a good weight to it. However, the first bottle stopper I received was defective. The cork had crumbled away from the snake part upon opening. I contacted Mint & May about this; their customer service was amazing and they sent a replacement straight away. It seems it was just a one off defect as the second replacement bottle stopper is absolutely fine and the cork has not came away from the snake part.
