Cushion was exactly as pictured and great quality

I was disappointed but the labels sewn into the cushion. I tried to cut them off but you can’t get last remnants there which spoils the look of cushion. I would send it back if I hadn’t cut labels off already. I guess I have to just make sure that part of the cushion isn’t angled where people can see which is not ideal.

We want all our customers to be delighted with their purchases and welcome any products back if you're not 100% happy with them. We have got in touch with the manufacturer to see if the label can be made any smaller however we do need to state the legal jargon and care instructions and this is the standard label size but they are looking into this for us.

I love it it’s beautiful and amazing quality. I do wish there wasn’t two giant labels though

I absolutely love this cushion, it really finishes off the look on my sofa. I even got a compliment on a zoom call when someone spotted it in the background!
